@neural_meduza Т.н. релокантов 🤭
А с неврозами у них всё в порядке — есть что показать.

@davidrevoy @comradeferret@pettingzoo.co @TranshumanBlues Exactly, they can make their own instance with features unique to it, they can make it most responsive despite having most users. They can make the sweetest app supporing only that instance, give it proper marketing. Lots of users would flock to them instead of trying to achieve the same on smaller instances and, once most users are on board, they might defederate others because, maintaining compatibility with others isn't cost effective, you know😩

@teknomunk Exactly! And most of the time programmers can't fix bugs in other software they have to interoperate with. And doing a workaround is what everybody wants from them most of the time — not whining about other software everyone uses being buggy. Look at bug trackers of most free software project: "No, we won't fix it because those other guys are stupid fucks",— and on the "other guys'" tracker: "No, it's their fault, not our problem". Is this what we truly want? 😂

@thor @vl1 Also Apple keyboards don't even have the Print Screen key — at least one that's labeled this way, the keycode might match. So it wouldn't make any sense.
And it's not just Cmd+Shift+1, there are like six of those shortcuts, do you want the whole screen or just a region, do you want it copied to clipboard or saved to desktop, JPEG or PDF?
And, unlike Windows, Mac OS X (or whatever they call it now) allows you to redefine any shortcut. Just bind any of those functions to PrnScr — done!

@yassie_j Oh, come on! At least it's not Rick and Morty 🤣
@mjdxp

@niclas I thought it was about pure alcohol, didn't notice that 40% ABV first. 0,58 litre of vodka won't kill anybody, I drink more every time I drink something strong and I didn't die once. If it wasn't something vile and I get a proper sleep, I don't even have a hangover. If it was — those 5 litres of water would come in handy. Not the coffee though, that shit's truly lethal! 😂
@anornymorse @furgar @PhillyV @thatguyoverthere

@mjdxp I use GRU GNUB as bootloader BTW 😅

@neural_meduza Зачем ты тогда в Россию вернулся, дурик? 🤔

@theorytoe Damn, I've had this t-shirt, exact same color. I wonder where it is now. Probably got stolen 🤨

@gemlog The ultimate solution would be defederating them from reality. But Google first!
A man can dream 🤤

@cowanon That is what I always imagine doing to computers 🤪

@djsumdog @RustyCrab @zero Vista was just rushed, when they polished it and released as Windows 7 everyone liked that.
And Windows 8 is IMO the best Windows. Fullscreen apps and Start might seem unappealing to seasoned Windows users, but not to newcomers. I've always hated Start, but this was different — full screen launcher with huge colorful squares, easily distinguishable. The typography was top notch too. Release preview was even better — it didn't have even the corner hint of Start 😂

@djsumdog @RustyCrab @zero I know it is the most popular release, but still, Windows XP. Windows 2000 was a huge improvement, felt like easier to use NT, XP felt like a watered-down 2000.
A few remember it now, but when it came out is was a security nightmare — UPnP remote exploit was a total disaster, nowadays that won't be a problem, but at the time no one was installing updates in timely fashion — that is why the worms that came later were so dangerous.

@RustyCrab Remove WebView2 and they go away. Might be a bad idea if you use a recent version of Visual Studio, I think WebView2 is mandatory now.

@karsoe @archer I should probably be American, I speak of things in superlatives most of the time. If you see my comment without something like "definitely" or "extremely", something's probably wrong with me 😂

@rayhindle
In addition to each one of them having its day 🐶

@lowqualityfacts

@missingbrighton Maybe they lie about what they extract those from 😱
