That doesn't stop cats at all! My old cat that has already passed away had been attempting to sit on top of open book which I was holding upright — so not on the page, but where the top edges of pages form an flat area approximately the width of adult cat's paw — the cat was about two years old, neither balancing there was easy for him, nor it was easy for me to hold the book straight 😹

Same way the toothpaste with solid granules in it it does. You put your moistened toothbrush in it, some of the powder sticks to it and you brush your teeth same as you usually do.
It's a bit old-fashioned, but it's quite nice.

По крайней мере Mircrosoft-клавиатура, которую я использую потому что там swipe-ввод поддерживается, так делает. Порой читаешь потом пост и диву даёшься — и откуда всё это взялось? 😆
