I was never a proponent of having optical drives — I have like… 3 external ones, including Firewire one, but I'm "retro" enough to never realise they are now gone — when I want to record a CD or DVD, I just take a spare one out of those high "cans" — I don't even know what I'd do once I run out. I know that it's no longer true, but I have the expectation that these are still being sold — I just never run out, I still have plenty 😂

You're lucky they sell quality soil for home plants around your parts, because what they sell nowadays here is beyond fucked — one of my plants died after being moved to a different pot, I just couldn't save it — it got covered by some mold and shit. But the worst part — it seems to have spread to other plants! And I'm no expert when it comes to this stuff either — the only thing I've learned: this can get complicated, not crows and fucking pigeons only, plants have their own diseases 😢

I was never a Wayland hater — but yeah, X11 could do that too. Even in XFree86 times it was possible to have to video cards and two sets of input devices connected to the same machine — and you could pretend they are two separate ones. For *that* time — it just worked (nothing did 😅).
