the best thing about using wayland is my bf can have one session and i can have another on the same machine. literally multi-user, very unix brained. it just works :333

I was never a Wayland hater — but yeah, X11 could do that too. Even in XFree86 times it was possible to have to video cards and two sets of input devices connected to the same machine — and you could pretend they are two separate ones. For *that* time — it just worked (nothing did 😅).
