Did work for me! Maybe because I have JavaScript disabled by default, maybe because it's georestricted and I have IP of a region they aren't interested in 🤷

@Unarma
It's just that I don't encounter anything related to Hello Kitty often these days and your post brought back memories. I won't go on if you don't like it. Not that there is anything more to share besides what I already told. Sorry if that made you sad or something.
@bajax

@bajax Yeah, something like that 😂
Not only she was into Hello Kitty, but we were actually going to Paris for the New Year holidays, but I had too much going on in my life at the time so it was probably over something insignificant, it was just the last straw that broke camel's back.
I don't even remember what it was, it happened over a decade ago.
@Unarma

@Unarma I knew a girl once who was fond of Hello Kitty, I got her a big box of Hello Kitty stickers on sale and intended to give it to her as Birthday present, but we had a fight and never spoke to each other again. I still have that box somewhere 😢

@gemlog Ha-ha-ha! In fact she thinks high of my musical taste and got a good one herself, it's just that in my eyes (ears? 🤔) this music is so complex and varied that it never gets old and when I'm having a few beers with friends it never takes me too long to choose what record to put on.
But I can imagine that not everyone sees it that way and it can get even to the most open-minded ones 😆

@enduser@berserker.town With a side dish of sweet potatoes please 😹
@thor

@gemlog I think it takes time to grow on you. I'm fond of that period so I have all these records on CDs except for In a Silent Way and I listen to it a lot — once I was putting a CD in like I often do and a friend of mine told me: "WTF, man, not Miles Davis again! Let's listen to something more… easy on the ears!". I come to her place a few months later to get my keyboard stand and I find her listenin to Bitches Brew, she even used John McLaughlin from that album for alarm clock🤣

@gemlog Understandable! It's not everyone's cup of tea and hardly the most accessible music ever recorded, for me discovering this album was a coincidence, I went to Sony store to get a couple of CDs, I got Pearl Jam's Binaural which just came out and Bitches Brew. I was interested in improvisation at the time and this album just hit a sweet spot. But that era is considered controversial in his career because of that drastic change, even some of the old fans didn't like new sound.

@neural_meduza За такое сразу расстреливать надо — неспособный приготовить кашу недостоин жить на казённых харчах 😆

@glowl Could also be one of the microbiological… or not. She looks big enough to me 😄
@mjdxp

@gemlog Pretty cool, right? It may seem totally random, almost free jazz-like, but while it is heavily based on improvisation, it's structured at the same time. On studio album they even employ editing techniques available at that time — tape loops and such. Wider lineup also had more instumentalists that allowed for some interesting stereo effects. And live versions off Miles Davis at Fillmore are just amazing!
I love the whole late 60-ies early 70-ies period of his career!

@lore And they did a really poor job making it. It's a pain to look at without customizations. Even the fonts are disgusting! It amazes me that company this big can't hire good designers, they seem to be fond of awful disign. And they make it even worse with every version 🤣

@neural_meduza Ну в общем да. Вымышленный Лавров честнее настоящего 😏

@neural_meduza Ну так себе борьба — шило на мыло.
