@urusan It's not the way I see it, it's the train of thought of an average low-income white male the way I see it. I'm left of the center myself and I'm not even a US citizen, I live in a country with even more flawed society. Yes, that one😩
So it's just how I see it from a distance. It may look superficial because it is. Let us not forget that this person is most probably poorly educated and has to work all day, he's tired and has little time to look into the details.

@urusan What do you mean Trump buried his wife on golf field for tax evasion? He's a hard-working man and deserves being able to do that, I'd tax-evade myself if I could.
Also these lefties just protest all day to support quotas instead of working like us, living off welfare (also our $$$) — they are enemies too!
And they want to take away our guns and let women have abortions so we get replaced with migrants. Mix all of that and shake really well — there, you have it😅

@urusan Ooh! That's an easy one — natural xenophobia. Treating outsiders with suspicion was important for survival at a certain point so it's sitting there buried deep even in the most intelligent ones. Throw in a couple of slogans about minorities being supported with your taxes, your hard-earned wages. Also they take your children's place thanks to racial quotas and your kids won't get anything because of inheritance tax — funds will be spent on minorities, remember?

@urusan I've used a group account in the past. Each member of that group had the credentials to log in. Just a weird measure to preserve anonymity on mainstream social media.
It wasn't explicitly stated anywhere that it was a group account though, it had a "real" name and a fake biography so it was hilarious at times 😂

@urusan This is what will rid the society of racism, not some hypocritical ass kissing for minorities. High taxes are bad, but it's not that bad if money is spent on healthcare and education, not bailing investment bankers out. Occupy movement was about that and it was popular, so, to tone it down, they've made people fight about things that are important for people from different camps and worldviews, but aren't the main priority.

Like reducing economic inequality. Most of the problems have pure economic reasons and that is why it's more important to listen to economists rather than politicians. Black people won't have criminal past if black neighbourhoods won't be predominantly poor, if they have access to good healthcare and education.

@urusan Although I find the conservative position less justified in this regard: what's there to "conserve" if you are poor and have to work hard only to have semblance of a normal life. What about inheritance tax — will they even have anything for their children to inherit?🤷
It's usually the same story with the Left, who are convinced that Right are about their right to be racist, and Right think that being Left is about something like trans-rights only.
