Very good: just heard a proposed better name for people engaging in ransomware attacks: 'technical-debt collectors'. Oh snap! (h/t @menn0 and https://www.risky.biz/RB629/ at about 9min). To me, it seems fair to call them collectors of a special tax on organisations unable to control their own tech.
