@mntmn So I also backed the EOMA project (twice IIRC). I don't hate lkcl for what happened, I think the big mistake of that project was that he was doing almost all of it himself. I check in on the libreSOC email archives every now and then and I think his team is larger now. Like his old project, I don't know if this one will be pan out, but I do think it is an important task which should be done. Considering I don't see any other viable alternatives, I have to wish them luck.

My Itch page makes me so happy, I’m so proud of this two games :)

Felt like a fraud for so long because I wasn’t doing “real games” and now it feels like I can call myself a game developer without feeling weird about it

@mntmn I think it uses ID tech 4 (from doom 3). Also, it isn't really a mod it's a full on open source game, similar to the theif series.

@mntmn Hey, what do you think the chances are that this would run okay on the reform?

There is now a new open core implementation under the Open Power umbrella, the PPC A2!

@aadil I'm all about OSTs from games. My current favorites are: Hollow Knight, Gris, Dustforce, and Celeste.

Enjoy!

@thomasorus @aadil I read this a couple of days ago. There is some really great stuff in there. The Damn Linux Tablet looks for instance looks really cool.

@mntmn Holy cow, that's quite the CPU!!

Just so you know, if you make a CPU module for the reform which uses that, you'll be a personal hero of mine.

@mntmn
CPU test::
BCM2711 SOC (OC@2.1GHz):
2088.26 events/second

Ryzen 2400G @3.9GHz:
1911.18 events/second
