Jenny: I’m Jenny. Popcorn over to Bob.
Bob: I’m Bob. Popcorn over to Jeremiah.
Jeremiah: I’m bored of this, but love actual popcorn. Over to you [the reader].

US citizens: very important petition to sign to tell your senators to block supremely foolish legislation. noearnitact.org/

Tomatoes and peppers are fruit, specifically berries.

I need Apple to make an iPad with the same level of waterproofing as the iPhone for a better bathtub reading experience.

Do you know of a good JavaScript library for turning an array of arrays into nicely formatted fixed width table of columns and rows?

Bonus points for being able to specify max width and alignment within columns.

“Finch” was an even more boring version of “Cast Away”. I appreciate San Francisco was a land of salvation.

Watching “Finch” on Apple TV+ and I flinch every time an imperial unit is mentioned in this distant future dystopia.

Queer stoicism question of the day

If Marcus Aurelius and Seneca had lived in a capitalist society, would they have agreed or disagreed with RuPaul’s conditional:

“Unless they paying your bills, pay them bitches no mind.”

RT @evacide: Today is a good day for a backdoor bill to die. Take action against EARN IT.

My favorite sport is “moose knuckles at 128 kph” aka “men’s luge”.

Watched “tick, tick… BOOM!” on Netflix tonight. I enjoyed it much more than “RENT”. I relate to the struggle to do meaningful work, but the 1980s AIDS crisis just triggers me. We’re missing a generation of queer people and, sadly, also the man who tried to tell their stories.

Except when Shanae manipukisses. Then we just glare.

The way Arthur and I watch The Bachelor|ette: cuddling on the couch, glass of wine, and kissing every time there is a kiss on screen.

Every time someone says, “Omicron is more mild,” I think of how I have more first degree friends who have lost vaccinated/boosted parents/family to this variant than any other.

I know it is anecdata, but it angers me because it’s more personal.
