On the day I would like to say thank you to all those developers out there, that has made it possible for me to run on my different laptops since 2003.
I would also like to thank for not reading through my e-mails, and giving me a possibility of using strong encryption easily.
Also I would like to thank the developers of and for making it poossible for me to have a phone, that is free from the surveillance capitalists.
Keep up the good work!

Since we're talking about old operating systems... does anyone still remember Novell DOS? Does anyone even remember Novell?! 😄

Collecting video games isn't much of a hobby, it's more of an obsession 😂

"A quick video to show how quick and smooth #SailfishOS runs on the #Pro1. Especially it's true multitasking! Still feels smooth even handling 18 apps in the background." | via @chenliangchen

Hello, I released a native #SailfishOS client for #Pleroma: Kyclos.

So far it's in the stage of fixing the many bugs present in Tooter which I forked from, but it should already work better (browser view have been fixed, recent SDK build should fix logging in for some of you).

Only at #fosdem do you run into someone at the same bar as you who works on #sailfishos, and lets you play with their #pinephone

Last night i released a small update to #Nextcloud Talk for #SailfishOS openrepos.net/content/blizzz/n
Nothing huge, mostly changes under the hood paving the way for participants support.
Also i moved the repository to a hoster with a more familiar interface (gitea) driven by an NGO (@codeberg), not a corporation: codeberg.org/blizzz/harbour-ne

@pete

yeah I'm also hoping Jolla will officially support it, although I think the work to adapt the Android layer to a new device is non-trivial, so Fxtec needs to demonstrate that they are selling many Pro1 units and most Pro1 users are demanding SailfishOS.

Jolla even had official partnership with Planet Computers to put Sailfish X on the Gemini PDA, but that version didn't include Android Support. 😞

A washed Ethiopian, brewed with a Kalita Wave 155, & a salted caramel brownie. I wasn't happy with how I had roasted the coffee, but it turns out stretching the brew time an extra 30 seconds solves the problem.

You speak a thousand words but your tongue is silent!!!

@jameshjacksonjr nice! I backed the tablet that never happened and I was really hoping they'd start making phones that would sell in the USA. The Sony devices are nice though, so as long as they keep chugging along I'd gladly give them money for an independent open source phone OS.

Any #Fedora or #Ansible (or really any #FOSS) contributors want to buy an used ThinkPad X390 (Core i5-8265U , 16GB of RAM, 128GB SSD)?

I'll sell it cheap to someone who intends to use it to contribute to open source! 🙂
