I love the KDE Connect app for Android. It makes sending files, web pages, notifications, and even input back and forth from my phone to my lappy really easy.

But my pinephone is going to be another computer to KDE Connect, not a phone.

Hope someone's working on that angle.

@jameshjacksonjr @cybette My major issue is the iwl intel wireless, they are propreitary drivers. Yes they work without any hassle if you install them seperately if you are on a "free" software distro.

While I'm not wishing for -30C weather, a bit cooler would be nice (and less worrying). #finland #winter #ClimateChange

Meta? Maybe....

(Ok, yes.)

Regardless, KDE Neon has found it's way to the #PinePhone!

#pinetime retrieves time from NRFConnect running on my phone!

CTS client (Current Time Service) is up and running... But the code needs a lot of improvements!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Pine64 team and community!

I wrote some code for my #Pinetime : add battery level, BLE status and date on screen, and use the push button to enable/disable display and sleep mode !

End-of-the-month (and year!) Pine64 update over on our forum. It's not as long-form or polished as the normal 5th-of-the-month blog posts, but there's still lot of info here!

Attention new #PinebookPro owners: if you have not already, we heavily recommend flashing the updated keyboard/trackpad firmware.

This is amazing! We want to thank to @PINE64 for providing us with a #PinePhone dev. Kit. We will begin working on putting #Nitrux on the device 🤩🤩🤩

#PinebookPro trackpad and keyboard firmware updater now works for BOTH ANSI and ISO hardware variations.

And yes, ANSI users also need to update too.

Other than a small sticker on the bottom there is no visible branding on the @PINE64 PineBook Pro. All the stickers I add now will be for purely aesthetic reasons.
