While the switch to the Snapdragon 662 is unlikely to negatively impact LineageOS and Ubuntu Touch (I hope), it‘s likely a major bummer for the mainline Linux story, which was looking quite good with the 835. #fxtec #pro1x

They should outlaw K-cups, et al, or at least require manufacturers to have a viable (i.e., easy as throwing in the trash can) recycling infrastructure in place in order to sell these one-use-disposable items.

The load problems on http://chat.fosdem.org this morning were resolved around 13:00 CET, and generally only have affected Q&A sessions and encrypted rooms. Everything is stable now :)

#FOSDEM21 is still ongoing and the number of users on the platform are as normally expected on site on ULB 😍

I've just discovered that gomuks works pretty well on #SailfishOS. Having a decent matrix client was one of my hangups and now that seems to be solved reasonably enough. Yay terminal! Yay physical keyboard!

Hey, I want to share something with you: Today my parents (70 and 65 years old) installed #FluffyChat on their iPhones for the first time. They have never used Matrix before but they were able to register an account on matrix.org and start a chat with me by entering my mxid with no advice! My mother said it was easy like in Telegram. 😍

I've always been annoyed, that there is no sane way to use programs on my android phone on my desktop and use the keyboard I'm working at.

Sometimes I want to send off an #sms and just want that dialog of the phone be available on my notebook.

On the #mobian #pinephone just compiled #waypipe as well as on my notebook.

On my notebook using waypipe called #chatty via ssh on my #pinephone. Chatty showed up on my notebook :).
