I really enjoyed Amazon’s Rings of Power. It’s not a Game of Thrones, but it’s so fun, moving and interesting that I looked forward to every episode. I’m surprised by the metric of how many viewers stopped watching it. O_o

Usage examples:

-I was going to have a bottle a beer, but I went with a shot of whiskey instead. It’s not as calorific, but that’s ok. It’s still delicious.
See? It sounds disappointing when things are less calorific.

USA’s anti-trans political movement has advanced in Iowa. Those poor kids and families losing access to puberty blockers and restrooms. Misery, suffering and suicides are going to increase. I’m so angry! State after state my no-fly list grows.
Shit. Disheartening. Internet Archive is doing so much good for accessibility and preservation of human culture. The fight will continue!
