"AI" has familiar tones to old fogies. It's a different spelling for centralization and "one computer ought to be enough for everybody". As before, the person saying so seems to be financially dependent on you, the customer, accepting this notion. The hack is not technical. It's social. The sales pitch is "the everything API" and nevermind the details.
