Jeg ville ønske jeg havde tid/overskud/orkkk til at oprette en forening, af venner med ønske om privatliv
Kort fortalt, vi lever i en tid hvor privatlivet er under pres. Der er chatcontrol, PET lovforslag og meget andet.
Et bud og vigtigt værktøj er Tor netværket. Det består af et antal relays, computere der stiller deres ressourcer til rådighed for at videresende trafik anonymt
De er dog også under pres, og det er ikke uden risiko at køre relay

@b0rk for me it's usually like this:
First I do "git pull" (without arguments) to get the latest stuff.
Then I make local changes and test them and mess around with the code in other ways, locally.
Then, before doing commit, I do "git pull" again (again without arguments). This is because I want to avoid trouble as much as possible in case someone else made changes in the meantime.
Then I do "git add" and "git commit" a few times.
Then I do "git push" (without arguments)

Fighting for privacy rights is fighting against fascism. In case there were any doubts that mass surveillance is a fascist's tool.
Privacy isn't some secondary luxury, it's fundamental to democracy and civil liberties.

I erred in selecting Android as my mobile device platform.
That's the nub of it.
The haunting spectre of Google looms closer.
Remedying my error is going to be tough. It will require significant compromise on my part. For some things, I just don't have an answer.
But to stay with it any longer, without focussing on the escape plan, feels foolish.
Anyway, happy Saturday.

I know there's a general "cause fatigue" with the current state of the world, and I feel it too.
But in my years working in privacy,
I don't think I've seen anything as terrifying as this European Chat Control proposal. And I'm not even European.
Everyone needs to pay
much more attention and be much more worried and outraged about this.
This proposal is the most dystopian glimpse into a horrible authoritarian future I have seen so far in the West.
It looks dismal, but we can still stop it
if we all work TOGETHER NOW ✊
There isn't much time left though,
so don't put it to next week.
