I think why these these railway arguments annoy me over and over is loads of people just have yes-no answers to everything

"It's privatisation!"
Errr, it's not so clear - private enterprise can help *sometimes*, but can also present problems, it depends what you do and how

"It was all better before!"
Err, yes, some things were perhaps easier, but they were also slower and much more costly

So forgive me if I give your simplistic point a rather blunt answer! 🙂
