New week of #running (monday a day off) started w/ 11x 3 min just under #threshold w/ 1 min walk/jog. Ran from work to home, in all 11.8 km Inc. WU & cool down.
This week will have 3 lots of threshold training, following the ideas of the book I posted a few days ago.

Another round of (sub-) #threshhold this time 6x 6 min w/ 1 min walk jog. Plus 15 min WU and a10 min cool down. in all 11.7 km w/ an avg pace 5'36"
Went well & felt good going into the final round.
That was my third threshold run this week, after a double day on Thursday. Next week 3 lots of threshold 😅

6️⃣ Der Journalist und Jurist Heribert Prantl (Foto) appellierte, bisher ungenutzte Grundgesetzartikel der wehrhaften Demokratie gegen die AfD einzusetzen. Auf Basis von Artikel 18 des Grundgesetzes brauche es ein „Politikverbot für Björn Höcke“ und ein Verbot der AfD. Für welche Zeiten, wenn nicht für diese, hätten die Väter und Mütter des Grundgesetzes diesen Artikel erschaffen, so Prantl.
