@debacle @furilabs

Regarding the last bit:
I'm quite happy with my current FLX1 phone. It's working with a much better battery life than I have with proper Linux phones (yes, not a proper kernel, but others already mentioned that). And I appreciate the work that was spent to make it work well.

But I would really like to see you people more part of the existing Linux Mobile crowd.

@tzafrir @furilabs i usually don't respond to this sort of thing, but i was sent this tweet and asked many times to reply.

we are not welcomed in any linux mobile community. this was proven time and time again. until that changes, we prefer to not waste our engineers times in dealing with people who clearly have a gripe against us.

@fakeshell @tzafrir @furilabs What does 'welcomed' mean here?
From a technical perspective, I can see why there would be hurdles (halium, downstream 4.19 kernel). Personally I'm interested in your project, but am led to believe it requires hacks to run phosh (meaning I couldn't run my pet project on your hardware without a lot of work).
I'd rather put my money into a project with mainline momentum/potential, otherwise refurbished androids still win on features/price.
