What’s the preferred password manager for yourself / family or what would you recommend for a smallish organization (Say a Church) to store save and manage multiple accounts?

It’s currently a mess and a mish mash of startegies and methodologies and I have been asked to clean it up.

I personally just use an encrypted note on my phone… but I bet that won’t meet the needs here.
