As I work on my own decentralised stuff, product is the biggest problem I solve for. We have tools, we have strengths, and we have weaknesses. We can contextualise these and provide a tool that becomes easier and better to use than their counterparts. Right now predominantly we live among the FOSS — in the same way you’d use ChristianMingle because the faithful are there. But distributed systems aren’t just for botnets and protein folding.
