@mekkaokereke It is important to understand that gender equality does not mean that men are giving up nice things. Patriarchy hurts majority of men as well, just in different ways. Many "male privileges" are upon closer examination no privileges at all.
Patriarhcal roles reserved for men are quite narrow and make their lives less safe and more lonely.

So because USDC = $1 is hardcoded inside Maker, the price gap of DAI<>USD will be the same as USD<>USDC even though only 30% of the collateral is USDC because it’s free to arb the difference by putting USDC inside it and printing DAI as if USDC = $1.

@jtamboli My theory is that I was rotating profile public keys frequently. People seemed to experience a dropped profile when their server tried to refresh it. I am not rotating anymore, but it's kinda hard to test if my theory is right
@jtamboli But is it an account that was added since yesterday? If I'm right in the source of the bug, old insertion from at least a few days will still experience this, but not the new ones.
Since you have a script, could you remove everything and add it back? That would be a strong test

I think I have figured out how to fix the issue where bird.makeup accounts get dropped from lists on mastodon ( https://todo.sr.ht/~cloutier/bird.makeup/5 )
Can you all try using lists again to check if my change actually fixed it?

In Node.js v18 we removed an old-time fix that reordered the DNS results to put IPv4 addresses before IPv6. As IPv6 gets widespread usage, this is the right call to do.
This has exposed so many broken IPv6 networks. What can you do if you on one?
