I'm using this new #Mastodon + #Nostr client called #openvibe. It has a way to go, but I feel that it's on the right track. Single feed for an account on each network.

Ideally I'd have my reposts be posted on both sides. It also often loses track of where I am on the time-line. But in general the experience is pretty smooth!
