I think it will reach 90 cents by the end of the year, as long as bitcoin has another boom. Then it will drop back down to about 30 cents.

@iggy From what I have heard, at the moment it is just using the same comment system as Odysee/LBRY but they plan implementing some sort of proper super chat system in the future.

I think I might play with the lbry API and see if I can at least get something that can output chat to a log file or something.

@iggy I just hope they are using an already existing and well supported system for the chat. like IRC or matrix.

@BrodieOnLinux Personally I think for most content, the most important thing would be a decent microphone. The rest you can get as you go; after my last 2 video's trying to review a device with a small screen I discovered that I should probably invest in a better camera but before those video's I did not really need it as I was screen capturing most of the time any way.

In my latest video I take a look at the go super, a $80 powered handheld game console.

@geotechland It was about 11 months ago. The apps that I use the most on LineageOS are all the nextcloud ones which were just webapp's on Ubuntu touch last time I tried it. I tend to avoid app's that always require an internet connection to use.

@geotechland Nice, have not tried Ubuntu touch for about a year. Was going to check out the improvements a few weeks ago but unfortunately my Nexus 5 decided to stop working. Might try to fix it at some point.

The main problem I had with ubuntu touch when I tried it, was that most the app's that I use were webapps that required you to always be online.

@geotechland

Boosted the video but it appears under "Wild West" instead of "Tech" on odysee. Might want to ask lbry if you can have your channel moved :)

@arran It appears that they too are investing in these same companies by using Vanguard "Ethically" Conscious Int Shares Index Fund

I will probably just opt out of kiwisaver and do some research on trading shares myself.

@arran That is one of the few I am considering switching to. Seem's a lot of kiwisaver providers invest in Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon and Alphabet Inc which I do not like.

For those kiwi's that follow me and are using kiwisaver and care about software freedom and digital privacy; you might want to check out what your provider is investing in. I just checked my providers investments and they are investing in the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon and Google.
Needless to say, I will be switching my kiwisaver provider.

@BrodieOnLinux I forget too. English is weird, I have noticed that with other languages too. They often use numbers instead of unique noun's for both days and months. So the literal translation of Monday for a lot of languages would be "Day 1" which makes a lot more sense than Monday.
Other germanic languages also use the latin/germanic Mon, Tues. Jan etc; Eg german "Montag" (tag = day, The exception would be that they have a weird name for Wednesday.)
