Wow, hand sanitizer is surprisingly easy to make, arguably easier than lemonade. Two parts 90% rubbing alcohol, one part 100% aloe, a few drops of essential oil for fragrance, stir, pour in dispenser.

@terryenglish @alyx you’re right. it’s a good time to find out how resilient we are. and a good time to support each other. i’m still trying to follow my golden rule and make the day a little better for my peers.. hopefully they follow it too and have a bit of patience with me ;w;

@alyx you’re sweet. it’s been hard to find an outlet IRL; i’m sort of playing therapist to all of my friends and family because they’re freaking out and they think i have information that will make them feel better. my work is offering free telepsych but idk. i just end up here taking it out on poor fedi people..

These days are hard. I know. But things will be ok. Make sure to take care of yourself though. Find someone you trust IRL and talk some of these feelings out. Ideally it would be a therapist, but it might be hard to find a good one right now.
