Wow, hand sanitizer is surprisingly easy to make, arguably easier than lemonade. Two parts 90% rubbing alcohol, one part 100% aloe, a few drops of essential oil for fragrance, stir, pour in dispenser.

@terryenglish @alyx you’re right. it’s a good time to find out how resilient we are. and a good time to support each other. i’m still trying to follow my golden rule and make the day a little better for my peers.. hopefully they follow it too and have a bit of patience with me ;w;

@alyx you’re sweet. it’s been hard to find an outlet IRL; i’m sort of playing therapist to all of my friends and family because they’re freaking out and they think i have information that will make them feel better. my work is offering free telepsych but idk. i just end up here taking it out on poor fedi people..

These days are hard. I know. But things will be ok. Make sure to take care of yourself though. Find someone you trust IRL and talk some of these feelings out. Ideally it would be a therapist, but it might be hard to find a good one right now.

i feel better, just having one of those days.
idk if it’s anxiety, that feeling of constantly welling up in tears and feeling cold all over and feeling like something horrible is about to happen. just have to keep myself busy when it happens and not dwell... x)
