But for companies to make money off of on site advertising(Facebook, YouTube, etc) they need trackers to sell to clients. This is the problem with companies design like Google and Facebook! They are designed from the ground up to deta mine.

The more I use Mastodon the more I love it! And the technology implementation is the way social media should have been from the start. No one company should have so much control as the likes of Facebook does!!

I've heard that as well. I don't see a reason why they wouldn't release it for Linux off Stadia unless Google makes them sign a contract where they can't.

Indeed! Have you tried Proton yet? Steam's compatibility layer to play Windows games on Linux!

Nearly everyone I see that dual boots Windows and Linux say the only reason they don't switch to Linux completely is games and Adobe CC. Games isn't much of a problem anymore, and we just need Adobe CC to gain 100s of thousands or maybe even millions to switch to Linux full time!
