Mage and Nine examine each other's tech.
Since I seem to have more money than sense, I got hold of an #AnaloguePocket and gotta say, this thing sure is cool.
Here it is running Donsol by @neauoire and @rek (#varvara core).

Oh, thanks! Yes, Bandwagon it is! It's still too early to recommend to those who do not want to be early adopters, but the development seems active and function-wise it pretty much fits the bill: music, news, shows, links to artist's pages on other resources… Even store integration seems to be in the works.
Once things get fleshed out, artists might make an account on the project's home instance (for a donation to the project? 🤔), or self-host one!

I think I've seen something like that on @weekinfediverse — a very good source for Fedi-related software.
But it was still in the early stages back then, I'm not sure if anything good came out of it or was the project abandoned 🤷
@sneak
I've found a habit of saving your snippets as scripts and giving them descriptive names a quite useful one when dealing with ffmpeg parameters 😁

@kalzsom No one loves Orbahn 🥲
Except for certain Mr. P. — but that doesn't count 😉

Binding application windows to a particular workspace also helps, e.g. I always have Matrix client in workspace 1, so when I need it I hit Win/Cmd/Super + 1 and there I go, I always have web browser in workspace 4 — similarly: Super + 4 and here it is! Way better than switching between windows the "traditional" way.
@annika
Ah, it's a custom bar — that is why it looks unusual to me.
I'm using a built-in bar — I use colour emoji for workspace names so they are more descriptive, but seeing colour Firefox icon still surprised me 😄
I'm using sway on most of my machines — it's not for everyone perhaps, but once you learn or remap the shortcuts and bind the software you use most often to the keys of your preference, it gets quite comfy.

Just in case: DMs/PMs simply don't exist on this instance as concept — don't use them, use the other instance if you absolutely have to, or send an email to any address at m0xEE.Net or .Com or .Org, but I prefer keep most communication public.
