Если выбрать "Posts and replies" — будет видно комментарии, оставленные Нейромедузе и мне, ну то есть тем, на кого я уже подписан. Поэтому я обычно подписываюсь только на тех, с кем уже взаимодействовал в комментариях — иначе вообще непонятно кто это 🤣
Если уже подписан — можно список создать из одного этого человека, и что угодно смотреть, но это ведь ещё подписаться надо…

@oku_yama_old Нет, тут этого «внутри» нет, как и многого другого. У меня только одна лента есть — Home, с теми, на кого я явным образом подписан. Я сперва вообще не понимал как тут люди что находят: я подписался на пару марок, типа Purism и Proton, о которых я знал заранее и нашёл через поиск, потом в комментариях кого-то выцеплял и подписывался на них, и вот так постепенно… Только потом я понял, что это не у всех так, и большинство-то видит просто комментарии незнакомых людей 🤣

@oku_yama_old Ну в моём случае — без разницы, тут даже в Web-интерфейсе этого нет, это модификация Mastodon от Purism такая.

На моём сервере такого нет: ни областей видимости, ни личных сообщений — всё всегда публичное, но нет… Не помогает.

@oku_yama_old Мне кажется, что это какая-то особенность именно mastodon.ml — по крайней мере я только с комментариями Нейромедузе такое замечал. Ну а из-за того, что его не видно на сервере, где учётка, которой комментарий оставили, его не видит вообще никто. Если бы мы были друг на друга подписаны, возможно, я бы его и увидел.
В общем, для себя я решил, что отвечать роботу — не зазорно, и стал оставлять упоминание 🤖

Well, I didn't do any scientific research, just my observation. I have wooden floors and my cats rush to the carpet when they are about to vomit. Probably their predator instinct of being stealthy speaking 🤷
Though, my cats are probably second worst predators in the entire world — believe me, they SUCK at being stealthy, and they still do it 😹

Для меня это тоже стало когда-то открытием — недели две писал комментарии и удивлялся, что никто не оценил мой искромётный юмор, а потом оказалось, что их видел только я 🤣

My friends have been asking me why wasn't I aiming for Western Europe from the begging — well, because life is more expensive and it's just easier to be around people with the same mentality even though some of them might have a deep dislike for historical Russia — not that I'm too different from them 🤭

Well, now life has made a decision for me, being born in Russia always comes with an adventure😄

@CSB Poland looked like a nice county to live in — there are high-paying jobs in tech, food is good and cheaper than in Western Europe and Poles are fun — just as fucked up as rest of slavs, but way better at sorting their shit out than us Russians.
Well, anyway, it's not the end of the world for me, something will come around — like I said, it's just ironic. I will get out of this crumbling empire one way or another not to be buried under its rubble.

@CSB That would be nice, but I think it would be hard to prove even a drop of Polish blood in me.
I was planning to do it the normal way without any humanitarian visas — by getting a job, I'm not a good-for-nothing after all. But now even obtaining a work permit is going to be a challenge, partially due to Poland exercising its growing influence in EU — not that I don't see the reason for that, but it doesn't make it any easier for me personally 😅

@CSB Funny thing is, in January 2022 I was exchanging emails with a guy from Poland asking if he could offer me a job, he gave me a few tips on my resume, but didn't have any, and I replied to him that this country is on the verge of collapse and if they didn't go with Kazakhstan, probably something worse is brewing and in a month — all hell breaks lose 🤪

By now it'd probably be easier to go to Switzerland than to Poland. And that's despite me telling everybody that what's happening now was going to happen sooner or later. Well, I don't blame Poland and Baltic states for being suspicious of Russians — there are A LOT of reasons for that. But it's ironic, I had to act faster — it's lesson learned the hard way for me.

@mjdxp That's odd, but it's probably because they were much more fragile than 3.5 ones, the mechanical parts and even the connector — it was just a side of a circuit board, similar to what we have today on PCI expansion cards, those are prone to breaking and considering how long ago those were produced, few might have survived 😔
