@fcktheworld587 Good luck! I hope you have proper rest tonight.
When falling asleep became a problem for me, I was quite surprised that paranoia often associated with drug use is actually mostly caused by sleep deprivation. A horrible state to be in 😔

@Ertain At least reading does not wear it out — no moving parts. My 200 Gb card is six or seven years old already and still works perfectly. It mostly has music on it that I had written to it when I got it and never touched it since then 😅

scrot works with Wayland, how? Didn't know that 🤔

@obsidianical tut if TUI is your cup of tea (and your platform has go toolchain), it's full-featured and does not run in a browser, but yeah if you want to view a picture, watch video or listen to audio, you have to press "m" and those get opened by your favourite external application. Using TUI app for Fedi is a rather unique experience as you don't get attracted by pretty pictures and only see them only if you get interested in post by other means: text, or image description. Try it!

@neural_meduza Но ведь тогда не будет родительских чатов — источника отборной дичи 🤣

@thor
Maybe the demand isn't there, even those who stream video games often use dedicated mics — there is market for such devices yet only a few exist, looks like no one wants them 🤷

@HourlyFoxes I don't know, it feels weird, I'd rather feed an apple to a deer…
Oh, wait, no. Fox is good! 😅

@VongoSanDi I decided to update my resume last week so I installed LibreOffice and I have to say it looks order of magnitude better than it did when I used it last time, which was years ago, but still. The progress is clearly visible 👍

Я думаю, что она про этого: ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D
И это делает новость ещё более жуткой 😰

@JCWasmx86 Not much by today's standards 😅
I'm not familiar with Swift but maybe with these bindings the linker can't figure out what you actually use and keeps even the stuff you don't 🤷

If you are one, you can figure out the reason of failure by examining the dump file, but you have to download 50 Gb of Visual Studio tools for that 🤣

@james@mstdn.starnix.network > how will workspaces and tiling window managers on Linux work around that
I tried using multiple displays on my other machines, not this one. Sway and surprisingly even dwm handle it just fine, I think dwm lets you assign different tags for each displays and they act completely independently, except you can move windows between them: switch window to floating mode, move to another display, switch back to tiles mode and it sticks there — that easy!
