I've found Thunderbird to be honoring LC_ environment variables even on musl systems where it's otherwise meaningless.
You can even have things like LANG=en_US.UTF-8 , but LC_DATE=en_GB.UTF-8 to have US locale, but dates in "more straightforward" (😏) format — I believe that's what I have on most of my systems, but you can try the opposite of it: British locale, but US date format.
Oh, yes and LC_TIME=en_GB.UTF-8 to not have AM/PM of course!

Implement Pleroma as Microsoft SharePoint custom web application, bonus points for ActiveDirectory integration 🤪

Don't beat yourself over it! When I was younger, I used to thing that everyone who's e.g. into cryptography understands all this stuff perfectly — like they are thinking formulaes. But no, it's not that in the slightest — most are as dumb as most of the rest, even those who have studied it in the Uni or are working in this area — their professional sphere might be more interesting than most, but the people are mostly the same as everywhere.

No I won't be eating the flesh of those on Google's board of directors, thank you!
And no, I do not consider them humans, therefore it won't be cannibalism, but I still expect them to be inedible, poisonous probably 😖

Yep, and it's quite useful! Booting the system from a filesystem completely out of free space would be really problematic were it not for this quota. Although I suspect 2% on really big partitions to be quite a waste, anyway, you can set it to a reasonable number with tune2fs.

Relatively small group that has taken control over the state and presents its own narrow interests as the people's 😏

@kravietz
I've been expecting exactly that, but not THAT soon 🤣

about:config → javascript.enabled = false 😈

@romin @kirby
I'm actually still using 2.6.31 on and old ARM machine that acts as a proxy and OpenVPN box.
Its age starts to show though, the lack of recvmmsg for example prevents wireguard-go from working properly. I have an implementation, but I have no idea how to insert a polyfill for a syscall into Go standard library.

@kirby
I suggest downgrading the Linux kernel to the same version 😝

@romin @mametsuko
Both are good, I'm quite open-minded about the subject matter 😊

Media-based anti-air (for the lack of real one 🤭)
I expect S-300 to only be effective against Soviet-era planes that Ukraine has now, but not against ones from NATO arsenal — not even dated machines such as F-16s, and ground targets of course — such as civilian structures, newly found use for this AA defense system 🤦
At least in Syria S-300 couldn't harm Israeli-operated F-16. Ukraine's pilots have no experience with them yet, but we'll see.
