Half-LieF2? 🤔

Ясно…
Вот только почему не Скриптонита?
@CaffeinatedBookDragon
I realized this much later when I was reading a book on screenwriting that used Ulysses for examples of storytelling techniques, and the fact that Joyce is considered modernist, not post-, also started making a lot more sense, the novel works on both levels at once.
But in any case, it's more entertaining as puzzle, than as story. Reading Ulysses made even Carl Jung fall asleep — it's his work that introduced me to Joyce. In a way you're in good company😁

Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man is a prequel to Ulysses, but neither it, nor Dubliners come even remotely close to Ulysses and especially Finnegan's Wake, in terms of messing with the fabric of language, so if you didn't like it, you probably made the right choice not delving further 😂
And while it might seem stream of consciousness and too random, Ulysses is very strongly structured, I didn't understand this myself even being a fan on Joyce.

AFAIR Apple Watch have a mild water resistance rating too, chewing on the band is a different problem…
I believe Casio has released a stainless steel version of DW5600 — completely cat-resistant 😹

15 seconds? It takes about two minutes to restart Pelonmer on my Mac Mini 😂
And if you actually change the config, it would start coompiling the Elixir files, taking even more time. I didn't compare the performance with settings in DB and in source thought, there might be some difference there — but in terms of just time it takes to restart the instance, having them in the DB is definitely advantageous.
@ThatCrazyDude
Russia? 🤔 You believe Russia itself won't dissolve as a result of this?
If you think this is far-fetched, let me remind you that it did that already. Twice in the past century alone 😂
Poland at some point was a part of Russian Empire and Moldova — part of the Soviet Union, and look — they are doing quite well without it. I don't see why Ukraine wouldn't.

Город, где бесы до сих пор гуляют по улицам! И ещё там Романовых расстреляли!
Да, где-то всё это уже было 🤭
@kevinrothrock
What's even more funny in this whole story is that this page existed for a year and about a hundred of members of parliament, the State Duma got subscribed to this account — they genuinely believe that there is grassroots support for the war to a point that somewhere there exists a person who can actually write poetry and who does this without being sponsored 🤦
They can be fed any bullshit, this confirms my claim, they are not only evil, but also incompetent!
LOL, on orders from Russia’s GenPro, Vkontakte blocks popular account of “Z-poet Gennady Rakitin” that was actually Nazi poems translated by antiwar activists trying to show invasion supporters that their "patriotism" is simpatico with 1930s–40s Germany. https://t.me/sotaproject/83006
@kravietz
Vladislav Inozemtsev's articles were insightful when he lived here, but he was forced to leave Russia in mid 2010s, now I'm reading his articles and it's like he has lost touch too — because I know he's looking at the numbers, but he doesn't "feel it" anymore. Foreign economists lack this even further, they look at the numbers and approximate things in accordance with their own economic realities, but that might be very misleading.
@kravietz
This is very good! Because a lot of people look at the officially published numbers for Russia and it looks like economy is indeed strong, in fact — far from it. These numbers do not necessary have to be bullshit, although I suspect some are — but they are meaningless when it comes to understanding the economic reality of average Russian.
it's ironic that people seem to forget that by leaving walled gardens, you are no longer protected by a central entity
the fediverse is a wild wild west, don't have expectations for what you publicly publish unless you can enforce that at the software/protocol level
A FUSE filesystem and dungeon crawling adventure game engine? What's this madness?
None
Just in case: DMs/PMs simply don't exist on this instance as concept — don't use them, use the other instance if you absolutely have to, or send an email to any address at m0xEE.Net or .Com or .Org, but I prefer keep most communication public.
