If it's newer than 2013, shouldn't be a problem — before that Apple EFI didn't meet the UEFI spec and you still had to use BootCamp to boot Windows, newer ones can boot in EFI mode natively.

@scarlett7447
Now that I think about it, it might still want to convert AppleRAID to CoreStorage and HFS+ to APFS — something I do not want as there would be no way back.
Well, maybe it's time to say goodbye to Mac OS X for good, set up a mirrored zfs volume on these two HDs and install Void on it 😅
I have Windows on its PCI SSD and two more HD for it to use so I can still run Live, Painter and other proprietary software that I still use.

I'm more worried whether sleep and waking up from it works properly — firmware in this thing is pretty old and it isn't officially supported, you know like MacPro 1,1 and 2,1 worked with 10.9 with an EFI shim, but sleep never worked.
You're right though, the GTX 680 I have in this thing might not cut it — it's not a bad GPU, but it's old and might not meet some Metal requirements.

Thank you, people of France, for your tasty baguettes and your fries, and for the Soviet Champaigne of course! 🤪

@kravietz
Impressive!
And now head of the region claims that people keep working there despite the fire — no wonder people empoyed at refineries are resigning.
Did Biden's administration indeed want Ukraine to stop doing one of the few things that work? 🤔

@annika
Just wait till your terminal learns about serif fonts — that's where the real trouble is! That will make it appreciate sans-serif ones! 😂

@PawelK@fosstodon.org
What do you mean "still"? I have never claimed otherwise, I'm also posting quite openly in Russian on this exact account — check out older posts. I have played along with the joke, but I think you're confusing me for someone else 🤔

Then a group led by a man who was considered loose cannon even within his own "organization", goes on to carry out an explosion completely out of their own will! And they get arrested by police! This shit doesn't make any sense at all!

In the finale there is meeting of a student union where they claim that white people are evil, at the same time, there is a Klan meeting where they claim that all non-white people are evil — a very dramatic moment…

This movie, BlacKkKlansman — it's pretty bad!
There's Detroit (2017 movie), there is Judas and the Black Messiah and there is this garbage that portrays police as black people's friends and it gets an Academy award for best screenplay? Of, FFS 🤦

@scarlett7447
Does it work well on this Mac Pro?
I have one and I have 10.11 occupying two hard disks in mirrored AppleRAID on it. I'm thinking of getting rid of Mac OS X on it entirely, but maybe I should check that out first.

What's even worse — this type of men won't become good as a result of flash-mob on social media, young women should be aware of that, of how to avoid dangerous situations and how to get out of them if this still happens.
But the message that men in general are more dangerous than bears is wrong and accomplishes nothing good, it just sows seeds of distrust 🤷
But I'm pretty sure it all has been said a hundred times already, right?

@otterX

@MicheleV_AK
He might just say hi and walk past, but okay, let's even assume that all men are rapists — there's still a non-zero chance for success if you fight back, but if you indeed encounter a bear — you're royally fucked 😱
The premise that encountering a bear is less dangerous is just false — for obvious reasons: bears are physically stronger.
Not all men are nice — that's for sure, even for other men it's wise to avoid some men.

@otterX

@MicheleV_AK
> The stats on women being killed by bears are extremely low

This is precisely where the facts are twisted: comparing 🍏 to 🍊. One in 6 women in the US gets sexually assaulted in their lifetime, according to the article — and yet, women encounter dozens of men, some of them — daily. How many women ever encountered a bear alone in the forest? I don't have any hard numbers, but I think this number is minuscule.
If you meet a man in the forest he doesn't necessary mean harm…

@otterX

@otterX
A relative or a friend of a family taking advantage of a woman is no joke — and I'm sure it happens way more often than a bears attacking women in the forest.
Yet the message of this whole bear thing is still very confusing — I don't think it's necessary to bend the facts this way to raise awareness 🤷
@MicheleV_AK

@MicheleV_AK
Is it common to invite the unknown man who attacked you in the woods to your family reunions? 🤔

Казалось бы, при чём тут поджелудочная? 🤔

@mischievoustomato @gnarley_boot
Being crazy as in not being boring is pretty cool of course, having something like BPD on the other hand isn't as fun as it might be portrayed in fiction 🤷
But I think you have to have firsthand experience with it to realize how fucked up it is 😂
