One of the rare occasions, when posting this is appropriate.

@omartwotone
I kinda miss the times that this picture might describe the best 😹

@randahl
If I ever decide to make a Google account, I gladly would!
In the meantime, even though videos are kinda not my medium, I will keep watching your videos as you post links to them here👍

@randahl
I'm afraid, we don't even have to wait for ther populists to come to power — sadly, even those who talk about "supporting Ukraine for as long as it takes" might… not fall for it, but let's say pretend that they still believe that Putin can be trusted and that he will honour these agreements and let something like that slide 😩

@randahl
Excellent video!
But there is one more thing to be taken into account: some Western experts believe that this war becoming a war of attrition is to Putin's advantage, but it isn't. Contrary to what most might think, his motives for starting this war were all domestic, if there is a way to end this war and make it look like his victory — he would definitely go for it, so here comes: nytimes.com/2023/12/23/world/e

In fact I've had some great time in 2020! Can't say the same about 2021 and especially about 2022.
What do you mean it's the end of 2023 already? 😱

@realtime
Doesn't look like it's transmitting any data, it might be only using it for charging 😹

And of course I know about the XMPP-Google Talk case — I've seen it all with my own eyes, but while the similarity if obvious, there is one thing that is different: Fedi is self-sufficient at this point. Relying on Facebook's infrastructure and software — we shouldn't, putting effort into fixing things if something breaks — we shouldn't, it's their loss. But block people when Facebook is willing to put effort into making it work for them — why?

@CatDad@mas.to @annika
I genuinely do not care about Facebook — I've never had a Facebook account, I've never had an Instagram account, I don't use WhatsApp — and unlike with Google, if I do not use their stuff, it is like they don't exist for me.
Besides, no one is welcoming "the company", but I don't see why the people for whom the company opened up Fedi should be preemptively blocked — it's not their fault, they are not in any way affiliated with Facebook 🤷

I hope he doesn't challenge John Mastodon and ms.Pleroma to a knife fight 😱

@menherahair @kirby
But preferably not GObject Introspection 🤭

@kirby
As in natural Kirby not divisible by any other prime Kirbies except for yourself and Kirby One? 🤔

@ipg
I'm not really interested in the latter, the Skibidi whatever 😅
But maybe you can help me make gccgo build for the 32-bit PowerPC targets? It's possible for Big Endian 64-bit PowerPC Linux systems, like Void running on PowerMac G5, albeit not being very useful as a lot of external modules are still incompatible. But for G4 systems it can't even be built — as low level code for theses systems is missing, and I'm not too knowledgeable about it.
Could you be interested in that?

@kirby @pernia
Hey, let's not resort to blowtorch and pliers^W^W^W^W^Wjump to conclusions here! 😏

@Tony
> like google, but shittier
Is that even possible? 🤔
Does it support WebPoo in addition to WebPee? 😂

@protonmail
For some reason this combination of letters in this particular order seems strangely familiar… 🤔
Right! 😆

It's year 2023, 2024 is right behind the corner. I finally learn what REPL abbreviation stands for 😂

It's what I see quite often, but I never cared enough to look it up.
