Definitely not the only one! I think Pleroma (and Akkoma) servers although follow the API, give you all the replies in a thread, while Mastodon gives you only the branch you request and clients don't know how to display it correctly. Can you please keep me posted if you find a client that deals with it in a better?

@gordoooo_z Husky was specifically designed with Pleroma (and it's still true for Akkoma as it's a fork) in mind and supports many features Tusky doesn't like emoji reactions, but I still struggle navigating threads with multiple branches. The only better way I could come up with is using PleromaFE (its default web frontend) for such treads 🤷

There are others, but this one undoubtedly sets the standard for 100% pure unadulterated bullshit, it has all the proper ingredients: mythological version of WW2, Stalin, who was secretly a devout believer, borderline insane version of Christianity, something of a fusion with esoterics and of course the good-natured chekists, idealists in their own way — they've made dozens of TV shows about these guys recently too.

When they started making movies in this vein, no one expected for people to actually start buying into that. One notably bad example of such came out in 2021, it's about an NKVD agent, a woman, stealing the icon from Nazi occupied territory, so they can put it on a plane to fly around Moscow to save it from the attack. And she's following direct order from Stalin, who in turn was instructed to do it by a blind "Orthodox" seer. Can you imagine the magnitude of bullshit? 🤪

I woke up worrying about these two kittens as if they were my own children. I'm glad they are okay.
I gave up my own attempts at saving kitties from the street after two particularly depressing cases when it was too late and nothing could be done despite all the efforts. But I'm really happy when others do it and succeed 😸

Well, they have discounts for digital stuff too, sometimes very attractive. But I agree with you, there should be choice.
I'm done with MS after pre-ordering Halo Wars 2 Super Deluxe Edition, with season pass of course, and them releasing a DLC for it that I wasn't eligible for almost straight away. They can only fuck with me once like this 😁
It wasn't that bad, I got a copy of original Halo Wars with it that works on Windows PC too, but it just shows the shitty attitude.
