And fail2ban didn't kick in of course because it's so old that it doesn't even know what IPv6 is and it never occurred to you this could ever happen.
Yeah, this is what log monitoring is for 🤭

This is definitely on my top10 most frustrating things. When this happens in a script and it keeps prompting you to add fingerprint to known_hosts, but you don't have SSH_ASKPASS configured so you don't see that prompt. Then you try to ssh to the remote host to do the same and boom — here it is!

Looks like there is a way around the limitation of using only the extensions approved for mobile in recent builds of Firefox mobile using add-on collections. Here Mull is used as an example, but it should work in Fennec F-droid nightly builds too!

Wow, it's way better than what I had expected! It sure has some weird defaults and unexpected shortcuts, but what free software doesn't. Still it even has nice transition effects and the editing itself seems fluid — more than enough for most use cases, really good 👍
