Moral aspect. The intent makes the difference — if I'm doing it for profit, not out of genuine desire to make her happy, it would still be exploiting her for profit, unless she's paying me for it openly, but that would make it prostitution — which isn't something to be proud of either 🤷

Mind you, most older people aren't terribly active, so hiking would involve a younger company anyway.
