Little headsup, Mastodon developers seem to be testing a language selector in the posting interface (see attached image).
The idea is you set the language you're posting in which will make it easier for other people to filter your post out if they don't speak it.
You can already set your default language in the Preferences/Settings section, but the idea of this new feature is to let you optionally change the setting for each particular message. This is handy if you toot in several languages.
I have no idea if/when this will be rolled out, the developers' instances often get test features like this.

How many of your employees are willing to take a 3% to 5% pay cut, because you didn't plan for inflation? How many did you ask to accept a 1% to 2% raise when inflation was considered that low? How many did you ask to accept no raise while you went through a bankruptcy? #ftfy
And remember, this is in the face of a really tight labor market, where employees are saying, "enough is enough!", and the general knowledge that the "inflation" based raises given out in the past weren't keeping up with the cost of living.
Nothing smells like bullshit more than the things employers and capitalists are spewing to justify not giving you an 8% raise this year.
So our (seemingly) Microsoft-owned IT department has ordained that any Linux server must use Red Hat Enterprise Linux. It seems that Techrights is correct about RHEL becoming part of Microsoft's embrace, extend, extinguish strategy for Linux.
