Rocket.Chat (self-hosted) has become indispensable for both the distributed organisations I work in over the past few years.

I can't understand why any organisation would commit their collaboration to overseas platforms like Slack, Discord, and MSFT Teams where you have to pay to access your own data... sort of like a ransom... Yup. Ransomware.
