@dynamic Rule 2: Control the treasure, which is explained throughout the whole video as what everyone wants. i.e., everyone wants tobe a material girl living in a material world. Sounds like capitalism. There is no discussion of social good as motivation.
Of course, people who want to be rulers are motivated by power. Rulers are not leaders, because rulers require a means of controlling followers.
Fair. I was more thinking of how historically there have been other strategies for consolidation of power (and wealth) than just capitalism.
Theocracy, military conquest, divine right of kings, etc.

I'm not sure I follow. I think the Rules for Rulers video is relevant to capitalism, but applies to many other systems as well. Can you say more?
