According to #TechRights, the EFF is being influenced by large corporate donors, and Rust is making it hard for Linus Torvalds to monitor what goes into the Linux kernel. The latter seems to be more about TechRights anti-Rust stance. ( Is Rust really tied to Microsoft?)

Corporate donor influence might also be overblown, but we still live under #capitalism.
