@hinterwaeldler it was also on lobste.rs and other more positive news distribution sites.
@mhoye if AC, then networking power supplies (especially old Bell routers). If DC, then a common laptop adapter.
China has banned BBC World News from broadcasting in the country, its television and radio regulator announced on Thursday.

Something they said?
@brennen cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey
@dansup in Ontario it's one of the few "buck-a-beer" that go on sale for long weekends
@mattcropp I use https://hcoop.net
@dthompson @bignimbus ooh, don't forget the extra challenges around no surface actually being level or straight. The professionals make it look easy to make all the corners and kick plates and everything look straight when they're anything but. It's all doable DIY, just involves a lot of time, cursing, and replanning on the fly.
And then having your own eye drawn to every mistake after the fact ;)
@dthompson "I favor the local sports team. Do you favor the local sports team?"

@moparisthebest @devurandom @kensanata @cjd I guess this is the crux of it:
> To our knowledge, there is no individual nor organization who has yet agreed that they will run a project under the SS Public License and be themselves bound by the SS Public License. That license remains a disingenuous proposal until it's put to use in an “inbound=outbound” licensing configuration.

@bkhl assuming Android based, have you tried Open Camera?
@cjd Musk didn't do it singlehandedly, and Tesla existed before he added his funding and joined. Whether it could have risen to prominence without him is debatable (and he did put his fortune on the line to prop it up on a couple of occasions).
That said, Tesla is much more than the dancing monkey pretending to be its core engineer and visionary.
My hope is that others spring up to continue to transform the industry in a less customer hostile way
@moparisthebest then perhaps check out what David Revoy uses, as he uses tablets and GNU/Linux:
