She also measured the vermouth using the vermouth bottle cap. Clearly, hates doing dishes. But it was a good drink!
Great way to close @allthingsopen week: buy a pen 🖊️ from old friend @johns! Recommended stop for locals and visitors #AllThingsOpen
Bartender employing the very advanced "just kind of swirl the mixing glass around without using a spoon while walking around the bar" method of #cocktail construction. Next level.
This happened entirely by accident but apparently John is now matching #FountainPen , ink, and...tea.

The "mini" pen show is tomorrow! This is a "mini pen show" as in, 3 guest #fountainpen vendors plus door prizes and sales, but we also do have plenty of mini pens to show you. Details at https://www.crazyalansemporium.com/2024/07/24/saturday-july-27-mini-pen-show-at-crazy-alans-emporium/ . If you didn't get an email about it, you can join our mailing list at https://www.crazyalansemporium.com/newsletter/ .
I officially dislike the Sharpie S-Gel, which has managed to get ink on two pairs of pants on consecutive days, and on my notebook holder. And while it has a nice bold line, it's very fussy about paper and angle. Getting ink where it's not supposed to be is apparently not just a #fountainpen problem.
(But if you like the S-Gel, I'm still happy to sell you some.)
