Has anyone used a #PinePhone with AT&T in the US? I've got a community edition, and an AT&T prepaid SIM I got to experiment. 4G data works fine, but calling (incoming and outgoing) doesn't work. Texting doesn't seem to work either, although I received messages from AT&T when I activated the SIM.

I think AT&T is moving to voice over LTE, and found mixed things online suggesting they weren't supporting the PinePhone. I haven't really dug into the modem firmware yet, but from the wiki it looks like I might be able to manually select the AT&T VoLTE profile. I've tried the Manjaro install that came with it, along with the latest #PostMarketOS, with the APN settings from the wiki.

Boosts welcome.

I had to switch away from AT&T at the beginning of this year. When the turned off their 3G towers, they also implemented a process of only allowing whitelisted devices to use the network.
They told me that if a phone is 3G capable (even if it is also 4G capable) it will not work on their network.
