I'm sympathetic to their position. Any time you run a public service without user attribution, abuse is inevitable. Thankfully they provide the option to self-host.
Is there a trusted common-good identification service they could use instead? I can't think of one.
@guardianproject anyone have more information on what kinds of issues they were having?
