@z3ntu I've been trying out the fp6 with pmos. Very nice work!
A full day (24 hours) takes ~25℅ of the battery. Which is very usable.
Bluetooth/wifi work pretty well. Has had no issues playing music i my car or bluetooth headphones.
Firefox is very snappy.
Stability wise it seems fairly stable.
Issues:
* Couldn't get it to recognize my sim card for some reason.
* Using the case seemed to cause issues.
* bluetooth sometimes won't reconnect without a reboot.

Well, I'm on a camera bringup streak it seems! 🚀
As of tonight the Fairphone 3 cameras (front and rear) are working on postmarketOS with mainline Linux!
And if you saw, only last week I got the Fairphone 4 cameras to work.
A bright future is ahead for mobile Linux! 📸

Just witnessed the new authentication flow on matrix.org in Element and it's so bad it managed to scare me that I somehow got phished, doesn't handle multiple profiles and doesn't work at all when there's no handler registered in the user's browser (there's no fallback!). I'm also amazed at how it launches the auth flow in an external browser (causing all these issues) despite of Electron being... a browser.

The best part of giving the code back to the upstream is the discussions that lead to improvements — v2 patch is already in progress.

I'm super happy to share, that the #Fairphone (Gen. 6) was just announced, and we've been able to already publish a lot of code for it!
* #postmarketOS support is submitted
* 59(!) patches were sent to bring up upstream #Linux on the SM7635 SoC and enable the device.
* The stock Android source code is public on code.fairphone.com
This has been a lot of work over the last couple of months so it's awesome to finally be able to share it!
