Trying to package #Amazfish into #flatpak. Flatpak doesn't provide way to start back end as systemd service. Otherwise it looks working. It needs to be polished still. Your feedback and tests are welcome. https://github.com/jmlich/harbour-amazfish-flatpak
@eff 100% agree the supposed benefits are far outweighed by the cost and risk of unlawful surveillance through wiretapping of american's communication

Just a reminder that the @mobian repo, image downloads and website arr still down due to a hardware issue. There are backups of everything but the bring up is taking longer than expected.
Had we known it takes this long, we would have provided a temporary solution. Sorry, but we'll be back! 💪
@mobian it just so happened after for the first time trying the installer image and it was a bit frustrating since I was pecking trying to see what is wrong in my apt etc configuration
Ok I see it now https://fosstodon.org/@mobian/112247743295779309
@maryjane thank you I hadn't heard or seen anything from mobian so thought it was just me!
@mobian Can't access your trixie repos using apt on a librem 5, states connection refused. Can't access your servers at all e.g. https://mobian-project.org/ using a browser. Why is it blocking my access, or are the servers down?
Mobian trixie repositories do not update using apt, states connection refused. Additionally I cannot even access the website https://mobian-project.org/
I can access all other websites no problem and traceroute shows I can ping the server. Not sure where Mobian actually has a blog to report these bugs.

Windows: Literally gets backdoors injected in by the FBI and distributed to every single copy being executed in production in every system on the planet, and they're not only not removed, but INTENTIONALLY ALLOWED FOR YEARS nothing happens, everyone just continues to use Windows.
Linux: little cheeky mf commits a backdoor, gets removed before it even makes it to production it's the fucking end of the world, open source software is doomed etc etc...

@stu We're getting there. I tend to forget how far along #linuxonmobile already came. #phosh is doing a great job (Thank you, #Purism!) and many #Gnome apps already work well on the mobile screen. Kudos to all who made #linuxonmobile what it is today! Amazing!
@DJGummikuh amazing will share with my GF
My saturday #FreeCAD project: A completely parametric 2-piece frame assembly to hold Wiremesh in order to close holes in the walls where rodents are entering, while keeping airflow possible (as it's the basment room that has our central heater).
The frame will be glued into the hole using silicone or similar
