We just hired a 60 year old woman at my day job. As I was helping her with an IT issue, she asked:

"Do you still live at home?"

To which I replied, "with my parents? No."

"Ahh," she said, "are you by yourself?"

"How do you mean?"

"Well, do you have a girlfriend?" She asked.

I proudly replied, "I do, actually."

"Oh! That's good! Well, I'm not hitting on you or anything."

I didn't think she was until she said she wasn't. I'm counting this as the SECOND INSTANCE of her hitting on me. xD

@gbryant did u ask her if she uses Linux? You'll never know what will happen with your girlfriend 😂😜

@gbryant I have no girlfriends in a rural town being that I'm the only one without a car due to my visual impairment. I live in a town near Tallahassee, FL called Altha and I live with my family until I get a job and I'm trying to get a job soon so I can move out of rural town.

I'm not into girlfriends that much, though. I'd rather be myself. :)

@graysonpeddie sometimes I prefer being alone, too. Nothing wrong with that. 😄

@gbryant Hey, it's great to see you are in Mastodon. If only more people could join Mastodon as I don't like "Trends for you" in Twitter. I'm an anti-political guy. I care about viewing content that I like.
