The #Destiny player base is infuriating with how they’re always bored. They have the funnest, largest (lore and more), most innovating FPS shoot-loot MMORPG ever made, and if they don’t have a campaign that takes years to make to play at every second, every day, all year round, they’re bored.

Absolute spoiled brats with no curiosity or adventure who take everything for granted.

There is no intrinsic boredom in this vast content. THEY (players) are the boring. They bring it themselves.

@PamCrossland@lgbtqia.space I still lurk there for the gaming community and content. Overwatch for example has all its updates, streamers and casters over there. Met some nice LGBTQIA+ people there too. It’s also how I found my pro diversity Destiny clan.

I find that non technical folks tend to not make their way to other content hosting solutions like Mastadon instances. They don’t know what an “instance” even is, nor federated vs non, and they won’t leave alone. All in their circle must move or none will.

@AzulCrescent I’m the same. I hate travel. I feel sad the whole time missing my life and feel trapped at the destination. It gets worse when there are connecting flights and the last flight gets cancelled for 24 hours and then I’m stuck in some city and hotel room feeling kidnapped.

Don't mind me, just teaching AI how to git gud at using Commodore VIC20 computers.
