Det är en absurd känsla att en av mina arbetskamrater sitter fängslad i Turkiet för att han gör sitt jobb som journalist.

My EU based alternative to #Patreon and #PayPal for donations is #Liberapay. They are in France, so under GDPR, Open Source, non-profit, they don't sell your data, don't take a cut but rely on donations instead and can do direct debit via IBAN, so IMHO a Very Much Good Enough solution :) My yearly donations to #Forgejo and #Makertube are there now.
