@jajo en sak jag med min tjocka foliehatt tänkte på men som jag inte riktigt vågade säga i mötet: när det inte går att visa tydligt varför en snabb ändring behövs (15 eller 21 eller vad det nu är, är inte så stora tal) men samtidigt vissa vill stressa fram en ändring, så skulle man kunna oroa sig för att det är någon som sitter och har en bakdörr till något av det nya, som då gärna vill att det nya snabbt börjar användas.

Does this mean they (Apple) did not just replace the battery, they did something else where they messed around with the data in the phone?

@Anders_S värt att tänka på i samband med förslagen om utökad massövervakning. Den information som samlas in kan alltid läcka, polisen är inte immun mot det. Ju mer info som samlas in, desto mer kommer att kunna läcka ut till obehöriga.

@slashdot it's obviously a bad idea for any country's military (or any other organization that needs any kind of independence) to use iPhones, since with an iPhone you can never know what the device is doing.

To have a chance at knowing what is going on, you need access to the source code of the operating system.
